First of all, I only just recently started to do commissions. Therefore, there are some themes and subjects that I am less versed in but still willing to try but I might be less consistent. If you are willing to give me a chance, we can always discuss and I can try to improve your commission even if it takes me a bit more time. These are:

Terms of service
By commissioning me you agree to:
commissions are for personal use only. The client may post the artwork publicly provided the artist's social media is linked or the artist's name is mentioned in the captions. If you want to use the art for business purposes you will have to buy the rights.The artwork strictly cannot be tokenized as NFT and/or used for Artificial intelligence (ai) learning and machine learning.Ownership of the artwork for promotional purposes remains with the artist. Therefore, if you wish to use the artwork commercially, let me know so we may discuss the details.
Payment
Upon inquiry and accepting, your commission will be added to a small waitlist. When times comes, I will contact you to collect payment
Upon confirmation, you may choose to do 100% of the payment upfront, OR 50% upfront, 50% after the sketch is approved.
Once payment is complete I will begin the work on your commission.
Payment will be done through Paypall invoice using USD($) as currency.
ETA
Progress will be shared at my discretion, I will normally send a sketch for approval before continuation.
Large adjustments can be done during the early stages of sketches, Later, I will be more difficult when it comes to changes and requests. They will most likely be denied. Small adjustments can occur but voice your concerns early for better chances.
Estimated time of arrival for the commission is between 2 weeks to 1 month.
ETA can be longer if I become sick, but please keep in contact and I will update you on the schedule that may impede the given ETA.
Refund Pollicy
Commissions can be refunded in full if you've not been shown any progress.
No refunds for a finished/ close to finished product
Due to my right to cancel or deny commissions, cancellations at my discretion will be given full refunds.
Artist Rights
I, the artist, automatically own copyright of any artwork I produce unless stated otherwise.
I have the right to promote, publish, distribute, print and sell any artwork I own copyright to.
I have the right to decline or cancel any commission at any time
I have the right to retract commissioner rights if my rights and copyright are violated.
Commissioner Rights
Commissioners have the right to use, edit and share copyrighted artwork they have commissioned as long as my watermark remains visible, and credit is given.
May use artwork for promotional purposes without profit, (e.g headers for non-profit websites, profiles, forums, ect) as long as proper credit is given.
May ask for cropped versions of commission so watermark is still present if it's not currently in a location that allows watermark visibility. (Watermark visibility isn't necessary for small things, like 100x100 avatars.
May not use the commission to train any Learning tool (AI) or in any project regarding NFT's
